Recently, Yee Kao Foo (mom's second eldest brother) had purchased an apartment lot near kota damanasara,

It's still very new, only a few existing residents, maybe out of the three hundred lots, 10 to 20 of them have been taken up.

But frankly, the place is just

it's a 2+1 apartment (2 bedrooms + 1 study room) with the necessities - kitchen, living room etc.

But one thing about this A1 lot is that the dining area is right in front of the two bedroom doors. I don't know, but i just find it not right.

Compared to the D2 lot, you may exit the bedrooms finding just a little space before you reach the dining room.

Anyway.

So yesterday, my mom ordered me there to monitor the contractor for a bit.

He seemed like a nice guy.

Coz he speaks english!

I just looveee contractors who speak english.
